We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are looking for the flexibility of an independent contractor role while benefiting from a strong referral network, collaborative clinical partnerships, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Based on the original job description, this role serves children throughout the Phoenix Valley in clinic and home-based settings.

Additional Earning OpportunitiesReceive compensation for evaluations and SLPA supervision services.
Compensation- Direct Therapy: $75.00 per hour
- Evaluations: $120.00 per hour
- SLPA Supervision:
Additional compensation for direct and indirect supervision provided
Assess speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and related communication skills to identify each child's strengths and areas of need.
Develop Individualized Treatment PlansCreate evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental goals and family priorities.
Deliver High-Quality Therapy ServicesProvide engaging, child-centered interventions that promote meaningful communication and functional outcomes.
Collaborate with Families and ProvidersPartner with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support progress across environments.
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology AssistantsProvide mentorship, guidance, and oversight while maintaining compliance with Arizona requirements and professional standards.
Maintain Clinical DocumentationComplete evaluations, session notes, progress reports, and required documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications Required- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
- Pediatric experience in clinic, home health, school, or community settings
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong collaboration and family engagement skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
