American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation facility assignment, requiring AHA certification and current state licensure.
Requirements- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Active state PT license required if applicable
- Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration
- Inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting within the Physical Therapy department
- 13-week assignment with a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Copies of required certifications must be provided for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
