Speech Language Pathologist

• Assess patients' communication needs and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support

• A's master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Arizona licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Ability to work effectively in a Rehabilitation Center setting
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills

• One or more years of experience in a Rehabilitation Center setting
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care

• Pay: $2,460.91 - $2,537.02 / week
• Location: Arizona
• Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
• Setting: Rehabilitation Center
