- Current Arizona CNA License
- Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

- Negative TB Test and Health Clearance
- Ability to travel throughout Mohave County
- Professional, dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
