Hotel Housekeeper

The brand new Springhill Suites Gilbert, located in the San Tan Village area, is seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Gilbert AZ. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and experience in cleaning and custodial services.

Prior hotel or janitorial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused setting within the hospitality industry.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and lobbies are tidy and well-maintained
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Skills in cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services are advantageous
• Experience with hospitality operations or housekeeping management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage procedures is beneficial

The pay range for this role is:
