Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Mesa, Arizona. The role is set in the manufacturing industry, where you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies and programs. This role requires a high level of collaboration with global HR functions and local management teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy
- Act as a business partner to Plant Managers, providing support and advice to achieve business objectives
- Oversee and manage all HR projects, systems, and tactics
- Collaborate with various partners and service providers to ensure the effective implementation of HR best practices
- Ensure compliance with HR policies in accordance with laws and legal standards
- Manage employee relations effectively
- Take part in the development of the employer brand through various events
- Use ADP Workforce Now and ATS for processing and managing HR-related tasks
- Utilize skills in communication, compliance, and employee relations to manage hiring processes
- Work with HCM and Ceridian for managing benefit functions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now - Knowledge of ATS
- Asynchronous Transfer Mode - Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM systems
- Experience in managing Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
- Proven track record in Employee Relations management
- Experience in Hiring Processes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
