We specialize in light industrial staffing solutions and are looking for a motivated

Recruiter (bilingual Spanish preferred) to help us scale both in volume orders and high level resume positions. This is an opportunity to be part of a nimble, high-performing team where your voice matters and your growth is unlimited.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial roles (warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and production)
• Source, screen, and onboard large volumes of candidates using job boards, referrals, and creative recruiting strategies
• Conduct interviews, coordinate placements, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demand
• Partner closely with account managers to fulfill client orders quickly and effectively
• Track recruiting activity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (staffing industry preferred, especially light industrial)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge
• Bilingual English Spanish is highly desirable
