Senior Learning & Development Manager

• Lead the end-to-end learning and development strategy for the Operations organization
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, Management Committees, and business leaders on learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
• Transform and modernize the Operations learning portfolio
• Partner with instructional design and learning teams to develop strategic solutions
• Oversee implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals
• Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning
• Leverage expertise across learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to influence enterprise-wide initiatives
• Establish and enhance policies, processes, and governance frameworks for effective learning operations and risk management
• Champion continuous learning, engagement, and talent development

• 7+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in Program Management, Product Management, and/or Project Management
• Experience developing and executing enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions that drive measurable improvements in employee performance, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
• Knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning, leadership assessment, career development, and workforce capability building
• Proven ability to lead large-scale learning transformation initiatives, including modernization of learning portfolios, digital learning, and future skills development
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams while managing multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate business impact
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and learning resources
• Ability to travel up to 15%
