Position: OneStream Developer with Security Clearance
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will:
* Configure and develop within One Stream to support finance processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, close & consolidation, and reporting), aligned to established solution designs.

* Build and maintain business rules (calculations, validations, allocations, and transformations) using One Stream development tools and best practices.

* Support data management activities including data loads, mappings, transformations, reconciliations, and error handling within One Stream (and/or comparable CPM platforms such as Hyperion or SAP BPC).

* Develop scripts and queries using  and/or SQL to enable automation, support integrations, and troubleshoot data/process issues.

* Execute testing activities (unit testing, system testing support, defect fixes, and regression testing) and document results to ensure stable releases.

* Troubleshoot and resolve development defects across business rules, workflows, data loads, and reports, escalating patterns and proposing preventative fixes.

* Produce technical documentation (configuration notes, rule logic descriptions, deployment steps, and runbooks) to support repeatable delivery and operations.

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's degree
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

* Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
* Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
* Hybrid Work Model:
Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
* Co-location Expectation:
Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location

* Travel Requirement:
Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

* Relocation Requirement:
If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance

* 1+ years of experience developing and configurating with One Stream tools
* 1+ years of experience with business rules creation and data management One Stream, Hyperion or BPC
