Sr Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and Cloud Infrastructure to support enterprise network operations and cloud connectivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands‑on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining large‑scale network environments across on‑prem and cloud platforms.

• Design, configure, and support enterprise-level Routing and Switching infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, VPNs, Firewalls, VLANs, and Wireless Networks.
• Implement and maintain routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Work closely with Cloud teams to support AWS/Azure/GCP cloud networking, VPC/VNET connectivity, Direct Connect/Express Route, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Perform network monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• Configure Cisco/Juniper/Arista switches and routers.
• Support SD‑WAN, Load Balancers, DNS, DHCP, and network security appliances.
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and change management records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.

• 10+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Routing & Switching technologies.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista networking devices.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud networking.
• Experience in Firewall technologies and SD‑WAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in enterprise data center environments.
• Prior experience with network automation tools is a plus.

• Candidate should be comfortable working onsite from Texas or Arizona.
