What to Expect- Quickly pinpoint and troubleshoot daily user issues
- Take charge of service tickets, guiding them from inception to resolution
- Efficiently oversee and monitor customer backups
- Provide remote and on‑site support for clients, using company‑provided vehicle
- Collaborate closely with the team to tackle and resolve challenges
- Contribute to continuously updating documentation as client networks evolve
- Maintain transparent communication with the team regarding your whereabouts, status, and client requirements
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call duty (every 5 weeks) and project‑related tasks
- During the training phase (typically 90 days), adhere to office hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Following this period, transition to a hybrid schedule, alternating one week in the office with one week working remotely from home.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services
- Exceptional documentation and communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of PC troubleshooting and network basics
