Job Description
We are in the process of hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves the use of various technologies including Android Development, Cisco and Citrix Technologies, and Database management. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Providing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Utilizing Android Development skills to create and improve mobile applications.
- Leveraging Cisco Technologies to enhance network communication and data sharing.
- Applying Citrix Technologies knowledge to provide remote access solutions and virtualization.
- Managing and maintaining databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Utilizing EO/IR systems in the monitoring and analysis of operational environments.
- Employing Active Directory to manage network resources efficiently.
- Supporting Apple Devices, ensuring they function properly within the network.
- Using skills in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Implementing Configuration Management strategies to maintain system consistency.
- Overseeing deployments, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Android Development
- Experience with Cisco Technologies
- Knowledge of Citrix Technologies
- Familiarity with Database management
- Understanding of EO/IR systems
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Experience with Apple Devices
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware
