IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractual requirements and the services and deliveries to be provided with customer management and the departments.
- Plan and implement customer projects involving all necessary stakeholders and coordinate interfaces.
- Monitor deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide general project reporting and timely escalation to management.
- Track risks and develop mitigation measures.
- Plan and conduct cross‑disciplinary coordination, quality gate workshops, and support project participants to achieve project goals.
- Assist in project planning (definition and coordination of project goals, resource/time/effort budgeting, planning of work packages).
- Define project workflow and process organizations, and conduct the project kickoff with the involved departments.
- Provide operational support in (sub) projects by performing PM tasks (e.g., moderation of workshops).
- Continuously develop project methodology within the team and optimize processes and tools for comprehensive project management.
- Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of managed services to clients, meeting SLAs and quality standards, with contractual agreements and compliance requirements and monitoring contract performance.
- Knowledge of power supply and cooling of data centers, Cx ing, Fit‑Out, Security, Connectivity infrastructure, and product knowledge (racks, networking, data center and IT‑related services, etc.).
- Experience and certification in common project management methods such as PMP are desirable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Negotiation‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Discretion and professional handling of highly sensitive customer information.
- Very good knowledge of handling IT devices and software systems, including very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Customer‑centric mentality.
- High competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reliability, sense of accountability, and team spirit.
- Strong customer and results orientation, a self‑structured working style, ability to delegate, and communicate at all matrix levels.
- High degree of independence and initiative.
- University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, engineering, computer science, or comparable professional experience.
- At least 2‑5 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes in project management in national and international data center environments.

Physical RequirementsPrimarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending. Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment. Perform work from a remote location with a stable internet connection.
TravelTravel required up to 50% during critical project milestones.
CompensationBase salary for this position is $112,000 – $141,000. All regular full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance. Employees receive paid time‑off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, flexible spending account, and 401(k) retirement plan.
