- 10+ years of experience in C4
ISR or C5
ISR system development and integration. - Proven expertise in systems architecture, sensor fusion, and cloud‑based analytics.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of defense acquisition processes and security standards.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and mission operators.
