Responsibilities

- Manage defect management and prioritization, and system support and quality control.
- Support product management strategy and product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product implementation.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance product design and underwriting concepts.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
