Endava seeks a senior Performance Engineering Leader to define and drive the performance strategy for cloud-native applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform. You will mentor a team of 4–5 engineers and partner with engineers across Dev Ops, SRE, and architecture to optimize performance, scalability, and observability.
The role requires deep GCP know-how, enterprise-scale testing experience, and the ability to communicate findings to executives.
