AI Software Engineer

Requirements

• We need proven experience building machine learning models using Tensor Flow or comparable frameworks.
• We require strong programming ability in Python, Java, C, Bash, VBA, or R for analytics and model development.
• We look for hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS to deploy and manage scalable AI solutions.
• We need familiarity with big data ecosystems, including Hadoop, Spark, and related tools for large-scale processing.
• We require solid knowledge of database design principles and experience with SQL databases; exposure to No
  
  SQL or linked data is a plus.
• We expect understanding of natural language processing methods for conversational agents or language understanding systems.
• We look for experience in data mining, analytics, and both supervised and unsupervised learning approaches.
• We require US citizenship.
• Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts related to emerging AI research is advantageous, though not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for automation and robotics use cases such as machine vision, 3D mapping, and vision-guided robotics.
• We collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into existing systems and ensure smooth, scalable implementation.
• We refine models through hyperparameter tuning, training, and validation to improve accuracy and performance.
• We create resilient database structures and scalable data architectures using SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Talend for big data workflows.
• We apply natural language processing techniques to build intelligent language understanding applications and improve user experiences.
• We monitor deployed AI models, assess performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement using analytics tools such as Looker.
