The organisation is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support a large, multi-site enterprise environment in Mesa, AZ. This hands-on role involves working across Microsoft cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and core infrastructure, with a focus on taking ownership and driving projects forward.
Responsibilities:- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune, Entra , Defender, Purview, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Assist with cloud adoption initiatives and Azure-based infrastructure projects.
- Support and maintain virtualization environments including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Participate in ongoing Hyper-V migration efforts.
- Manage backup and recovery solutions utilizing Veeam.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues.
- Support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and telephony solutions.
- Assist with network administration and troubleshooting involving Cisco technologies.
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Take ownership of projects from planning through implementation with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver infrastructure initiatives.
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Senior Systems Administration experience.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender and security administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and compliance technologies.
- SharePoint Online administration experience.
- Microsoft Teams administration and support experience.
- Experience working with Azure cloud services.
- VMware administration experience.
- Hyper-V administration experience.
- Experience with Veeam backup and recovery solutions.
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Experience supporting mid-sized to enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
