Responsibilities
- Develop and continually revise, modify, and improve existing training curriculum based on attendee feedback or product changes and enhancements.
- Partnering with an Instructional Designer to scope, design, and develop eLearning.
- Partnering with an Instructional Designer to scope, design lecture content and labs.
- Deliver both physical (in person) and virtual training to various service audiences.
- Manage the equipment and tools for responsible courses to ensure the best learning experience for the student.
- Attend cross‑functional meetings related to new product initiatives and determine training needs and plans for service and support training.
- Communicate corrections to the technical publications team to ensure accurate content in procedures in product service manuals.
- Collaborate with the field, service engineering, team peers, and engineering to maintain currency with product issues and resolutions.
- Maintain product proficiency and technical competence.
- Assist with or write documentation to enhance technical bulletins, user guides, procedures, and technical manuals.
- In‑depth experience with computer hardware and software, including AI, AR, VR software and content development.
- Knowledge and experience with hospital information systems, DICOM and PACS systems, and networking.
- Technical expertise and experience with Hologic mammography products.
- Proficiency in X‑ray fundamentals, mammography, bone densitometry, fluoroscopy is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to prioritize and execute complex tasks in a multitasking environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and effective customer communication skills.
- Willingness to accept and act upon audience/customer feedback.
- Convey complex theories and procedures to novice‑level training attendees.
- Ability to engage students in both physical and virtual classrooms.
- Ability to evaluate students’ technical abilities and adjust training accordingly for maximum benefit.
- Excellent project management skills are a plus.
- Education:
Associates degree or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Science, or Biomedical Technology;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; formal training in education, teaching, or public speaking desirable. - Experience:
Technical training on capital X‑ray systems, preferably digital imaging systems; 5–10+ years of experience in computer hardware/software, networking, imaging systems, or education.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,200.00 – $ and is bonus eligible.
