Insurance Sales Manager - Scottsdale Farmers Insurance - Scottsdale - Greater Phoenix

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of insurance sales professionals
  • Drive new business production and client retention
  • Implement sales strategies and performance goals
  • Recruit, train, and mentor producers
  • Monitor metrics and ensure high service standards
  • Build relationships within the East Valley community and business market
Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred (insurance experience helpful but not required)
  • Leadership or team management experience a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (support provided)
