We are looking for a skilled Litigation Adjuster to join our team. The Litigation Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling litigation claims. This individual will analyze legal documentation, assess liability, and work with legal counsel to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

• Investigate and evaluate the validity of litigation claims
• Review legal documents and assess liability
• Collaborate with legal counsel to develop strategies for claim resolution
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their legal representatives
• Keep detailed and accurate records of claim files
• Communicate claim decisions and updates to stakeholders
• Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments related to claims adjustment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience in insurance claims handling or litigation adjustment
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to claims adjustment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
