A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Gilbert, AZ, offering a hybrid schedule. The role involves leading complex family law cases and providing strategic counsel to clients.
Duties- Lead complex family law cases, including litigation, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic counsel, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings and mediations.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff.
- Build strong client relationships through empathy and superior communication.
- 5+ years of Arizona family law experience with a proven record of litigation success.
- Mastery of courtroom advocacy, both written and oral.
- Exceptional client communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team.
