What You’ll Do
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare solar panels and accessories for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Verify inventory accuracy using Net Suite
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Work closely with sales and shipping teams to meet deadlines
- Step up as a leader by supporting teammates, training when needed, and leading by example
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
- 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience (solar is a plus)
- Leadership mindset with initiative and a willingness to help others succeed
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills with Net Suite or ERP experience as a plus
