Job Overview
The Parts Clerk is responsible for inventory control, purchasing parts, executing shop administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports, asset works data entry, organizing day-to-day functions, and advising higher‑level managers of potential issues that could affect fleet accountability.

436 S Hamilton Ct, Gilbert, AZ 85233
- Manage all parts purchasing including shipping, receiving and stocking.
- Handle warranty part ordering/returns.
- Assist with processing purchase orders (POs) and invoices and coordinate with the corporate accounting department on daily information requests.
- Identify discrepancies in the master log to ensure corrections are made promptly and explain any variances.
- Assist in implementation and training for maintenance policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related position.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic safety and training procedures.
- Good organizational skills with attention to timeliness and detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of ADA, DOT, FTA regulations.
- Fleet administration experience.
- Experience with hands‑on training.

Starting Pay: $24.00/hr this reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data. Ranges may vary based on the job’s location. We offer competitive pay that varies based on individual skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
