• Cell phone with internet access
• Can pass a background check.

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Okay with our company performing a criminal background check.
• Own a dependable automobile that is properly insured.
• Willing/able to use personal vehicle for this position, understanding that I will be reimbursed for all mileage traveled.
• Willing/able to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until finished.
• Must be able to take direction / constructive criticism / learn from mistakes quickly.

• ALL TEAMS START AND END THE DAY HERE AT OUR LOCAL OFFICE IN GILBERT.

Two Maids is a Nationwide Franchise underneath the HFC (Home Franchise Concepts), which is a JM Family Enterprises Subsidiary. Two Maids is a Residential House cleaning service for lived-in homes; apartments; condo's, rental homes, offices. Our team's service the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on specific days.

• Partner with ONE other person daily to service 1 - 4 homes. We try our best to keep you with a consistent partner daily.
• Everyone needs to be comfortable working with everyone / not your regular partner sometimes due to scheduling and or call outs.
• Contribute to our moto of "Let Life Shine" by helping to give our customer's the most precious gift of TIME to spend with their families and leaving the house work up to our Teams.
• Exhibit a high degree of personal integrity.
• Must be able to hold your partner accountable every day in every home.
• Understanding you will build your own schedule by showing up every day and being able to prove your quality and speed in the home.

• Must be able to speak/understand English in order to communicate with our customers.

• Ability to effectively maneuver around with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to be on feet for most of the day.

• Paid Sick time.
• W2 COMMISSION.
• 5 days PTO after one year’s employment.
• Paid Training:
  Up to 5 days with our training manager and our most veteran team.
• Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st each month.

• NO NIGHTS/ NO WEEKENDS/ NO Major Holiday's:
  Spend time doing the things you love with the people you love.
• Monday - Friday: 7:15 am - finished with homes. (Team's get off between 1 - 5pm every day once they are finished with their route summary).
