Team Lead Evening Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Team Lead Cleaner in Gilbert, AZ and / or East Valley Area

Monday to Friday, times can range from 5:30 pm (start) to 10:30 pm (end), rotating Saturdays. Hours range from 2 to 5 hours per night, depending on the project.

$18/hr + Attractive Bonus Program + Growth opportunities (Depends on size of project and experience) + Payday Advance

Schools, Preschools and Daycares, Churches, Medical Facilities, Corporate offices, Car Dealers or Warehouses

• The Team Lead Cleaner will serve as a point of contact for the night Manager or Supervisor
• Unlocking & Locking and securing the facility(s) at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Communicating supply needs to the manager.
• Ensure all team members are on task
• Assign tasks accordingly
• Report any issues with staff, quality, attendance or performance
• Support Laundry management
• Supports Training for New Hires
• Responsible for ensuring thorough cleaning of specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Trash Removal
• Dusting
• Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
• Cleaning glass
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
• Unclog Toilets
• Use of Cell phone for daily task report
• Submit Audit Quality Reports of Facilities assigned after cleaning
• Expect to move 1 to 3 facilities per night

• Cleaning experience necessary training on the job provided also
• Highly sense of responsibility
• Have reliable transportation
• Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
• Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
