Systems Engineer Field Service Support Associate Manager

Location: Gilbert, AZ

• Direct daily operations of depot logistics, overseeing material receipt, inventory control, and final shipment.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team; manage recognition, disciplinary actions, and performance development.
• Coordinate with sustainment engineers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and guarantee mission success.
• Allocate and prioritize resources to meet retrofit, repair, and inspection schedules while minimizing bottlenecks.
• Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all logistics processes.
• Analyze operational data with analytics tools to identify efficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage contract compliance across diverse contract types, ensuring cost effective delivery and adherence to terms.
• Communicate status, risks, and corrective actions to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated performance executing sustainment type contract requirements.
• Experience with contractor/organic depot operations.
• Proven ability to operate within a matrix structured business.
• Demonstrated track record of sustained high performance.
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating with senior levels of management as well as customers.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and full spectrum leadership attributes.
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and manage LSE personnel while being responsible for LSE scope (technical, schedule, financial).
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Self‑starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

• Experience in managing logistics/technical personnel.
• Experience working with USG and foreign military sales (FMS) customers.
• Sustainment and repair management background.
• Familiarity with Army regulations.
