Assistant Manager – Kids UnitedCompensation: $21-$23 per hour, monthly & quarterly bonus compensation available based on performance

Kids United is a premier youth soccer and child development program focused on creating exceptional experiences for children and families. We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Assistant Manager to support daily club operations, membership growth, team development, and outstanding customer service.
Working alongside the General Manager, ownership group, and Kids United corporate team, you'll help execute sales, marketing, operational, and staffing initiatives while ensuring every family has a best-in-class experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Growth & Sales
Support membership sales and lead follow-up.
Help achieve membership, retention, and revenue goals.
Represent Kids United through community outreach and events.
Team Leadership
Support, coach, and motivate coaches and front-desk staff.
Help maintain a positive, family-focused culture.
Step into leadership responsibilities as needed.
Marketing & Community Engagement
Assist with local marketing, social media, and community partnerships.
Support events and promotions that drive awareness and enrollment.
Customer Experience
Create a welcoming environment for families.
Build strong relationships with members.
Resolve parent questions and concerns professionally.
Operations
Support daily club operations, scheduling, and facility readiness.
Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating to Kids United standards.
QualificationsRequired
Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Sales and customer service experience, specifically membership sales.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
Preferred
CRM Lead management experience.
Experience working with children or families.
Soccer, coaching, or early childhood education experience is a plus.
