Management, Retail & Store Manager

Dillard's Distribution Center is looking for an energetic individual to join our management team. This individual will need to have strong leadership skills to lead and coordinate a team to handle everyday tasks in their department. This person will need to keep the team motivated and productive to maintain quality work that is expected to meet set goals.

• Four year degree
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to motivate team
• Ability to relay policy and procedure changes to associates
• Inventory control experience
• Ability to train associates
• Computer experience with various software packages a plus
• Other duties assigned by upper management
• Must pass background check and pre-hire drug test
