Hologic is seeking a Program Manager to join our Breast and Skeletal Health Division at our expanding Innovation Center located in Newark, DE. The Program Manager is responsible for leading departmental or cross‑functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. The Program Manager will monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning, resourcing, scheduling, budget/spending, project risks and progress.
This is an exciting opportunity allowing you to support teams for offshore production.
- Acts as main point of contact for operations activities at core team meetings.
- Accountable for overall project management of large and/or multi‑product, complex, technically challenging manufacturing transfers and new products consisting of cross‑functional teams.
- Defines project scope, budget, objectives, and execution strategy.
- Estimates resources, acquires budget proposals, and tracks project risks, issues, and actions.
- Identifies gaps in success factors such as resources, skillsets, budget and takes appropriate escalating action as needed.
- Sets and manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and facilitate project and product risk identification throughout the project cycle and monitors risk.
- Ensure effective mitigations and contingency planning.
- Adhere to business process, manufacturing transfer process and all applicable QMS process.
- Follows continuous improvement methods and promotes growth from “lessons learned”.
- Champions opportunities to implement new tools, technologies, and methods to improve NPI process.
- Previous Program Management experience supporting offshore projects is ideal.
- Proficient in MS Office including Microsoft Project.
- Expert in project scheduling tools and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple and differing priority projects.
- Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies such as CIMS, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Ability to communicate effectively and timely, verbally and in writing, tailoring style to audience.
- Excellent time management with ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead by influence.
- Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Preferred Minimum Technical/Advanced Degree:
Technical Bachelor’sDegree
- Preferred Minimum Non‑Technical Degree: 5‑8
Years - Preferred Minimum Technical/Advanced Degree: 2‑5
Years with Technical Bachelor’s Degree, 1‑3
Years with master’s degree, 0‑1

The annualized base salary range for this role is $74,100–$115,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, business needs and market demand.
