- Responsible for the daily oversight and management of eMOS teams
- Build new technology solutions that improve the platform experience and generate efficiencies
- Act as a key thought partner for executive stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process/platform improvement and implement changes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience with business, operations or similar applicable experience
- 2+ years of people leadership experience is required
- Experience leading a product development or project management function preferred
- Demonstrated strategic acumen with the ability to plan and execute current and future platform design functionality
- Strong communication (oral and written), facilitation, and presentation skills to include engage with senior/executive leadership
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Proficient using MS Office software
