Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store operations, including resources management, staff oversight, and sales management. The manager ensures high-quality customer service, monitors financial performance, and maintains compliance with safety and health regulations.

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of store staff.
• Monitor daily cash handling and financial reporting.
• Drive sales growth by managing labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction.
• Deal with customer complaints and queries promptly.
• Maximize profitability and productivity through effective operations management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare promotional displays and materials.
• Manage promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of staff.
• Provide opportunities for staff advancement and development.
• Maintain an open 6 AM–3 PM schedule, ensuring early closing and no late nights.
