Position Overview
The Manager, Wellfield is responsible for overseeing ISCR wellfield operations to achieve production targets while maintaining safety, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and technical oversight to enhance wellfield operations.
Job Title:Manager, Wellfield Reports to
General Manager
Key Responsibilities Operational Management- Develop and implement strategies to meet short- and long-term production targets.
- Direct and oversee ISCR wellfield operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize ISR resource recovery through technical innovation and data analysis.
- Manage expenditures to achieve cost and capital optimization.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead wellfield teams, including engineers, hydro geologists, geologists, and maintenance personnel.
- Provide oversight and development of direct reports to ensure alignment with production goals.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused culture through training and awareness programs.
- Report key performance indicators and field activity updates to senior management.
- Coordinate activities across teams, departments, and contractors.
- Manage technical and construction services as needed.
- Drive mine development, pre-production surface construction, and wellfield advancements.
- Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance and operational activities.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of ISR wellfield or hydrometallurgical operations experience.
- 10+ years of supervisory experience.
- 10+ years of project management experience.

- ISCR wellfield operations and maintenance.
- Copper porphyry leaching chemistry.
- Mine planning and water well design.
