Performance Team is seeking a Facility Head to direct and oversee the operational functions of a Distribution facility in Arizona. You will manage end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities, drive KPI-based performance, and lead a large team including temporary staff to ensure safety and on-time service.
Ideal candidates have 7–15 years in fast-paced logistics, with strong transport management, 3PL experience, and a solid track record with WMS/TMS/YMS systems.
