Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Wells Utility Supervisor. The Wells Utility Supervisor reports to the Water Distribution Superintendent. The primary functions of this position include:

• Lead and supervise a team of up to eleven, providing daily work direction, training and development, performance evaluations, and hands-on coaching
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs across Gilbert's remote water infrastructure — including reservoirs, well sites, booster sites, and treatment facilities
• Monitor water system performance through SCADA and help ensure ongoing compliance with county, state, and federal water quality regulations
• Plan and coordinate capital improvement projects and technology upgrades, including remote chlorination system enhancements
• Prepare and manage the department's annual operating budget, including forecasting, cost estimates, and expenditure tracking
