• Support the successful launch and stabilization of a new fulfillment center, ensuring operational readiness and execution of key milestones.
• Drive daily operations across multiple functional areas, including fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer order processing.
• Execute business plans that achieve productivity, quality, service, and safety goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a diverse team of leaders and associates.
• Establish a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain facility-wide compliance with Walmart logistics standards and applicable regulations.

• Support financial management by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, optimizing resources, and managing asset utilization.
• Review operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and business partners to achieve operational objectives.
• Serve as a facility ambassador by supporting Walmart-sponsored initiatives and engaging with local community organizations and events.
• Foster strong relationships that support both business growth and community impact.

• Experience leading large-scale distribution, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations teams.
• Strong operational and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational excellence practices.
