Realty Project Coach

• Own execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members
• Handle escalations and collaborate with store leadership
• Travel to projects across the US and support projects in surrounding states or farther
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders
• Understand project plans and minimize impact on store operations
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
• Hire and train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition, and identify career paths
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity standards
• Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships
• Identify business needs and implement necessary processes and practices
• Monitor progress and results, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to competing demands and organizational changes

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in those areas
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams
• Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10 to 12 hours
• Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, being away from home 80% of the time or 17–21 days at a time
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments
• Master's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
• 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred)
• Project Management
  - Management Professional Certification (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in project management, store design, and space management while effectively leading cross-functional teams. Proven ability to ensure compliance with company standards and build strong stakeholder relationships.
