Mission Critical Hyperscale Project Manager

Arizona | starting at $220,000 base + (dependent on expereince) + Bonus & Benefits

I’m partnered with a leading mission critical contractor on a major hyperscale data center program in Arizona, and we’re looking for a senior construction leader to join the team as a Project Executive.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong mission critical background who is ready to take the next step into a Project director role.

You’ll provide senior leadership across a major hyperscale data center project, working closely with the client, project leadership team, design teams and trade partners to drive successful delivery.

• Lead overall project delivery from preconstruction through completion
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
• Own project strategy, schedule, financial performance and delivery
• Serve as a senior point of contact for the client
• Oversee complex MEP, electrical and mechanical scopes
• Drive project planning, risk management and issue resolution
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Lead and develop project leadership teams
• Manage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors and trade partners
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and commercial objectives are achieved

• 7+ years of construction/project management experience
• Strong mission critical / hyperscale data center experience
• Strong understanding of MEP-intensive construction
• Proven experience leading large project teams
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercial and financial project management experience
• Ability to operate at a senior leadership level

Senior Project Managers ready to step into a Project Executive role will be considered.

You don't need to have held the Project Executive title previously. If you're a Senior PM with substantial hyperscale experience, strong leadership capability and the ambition to take the next step, we'd like to hear from you.

The position is Arizona-based
, but candidates currently located outside Arizona are absolutely encouraged to apply.

Relocation assistance will be available for the right out-of-state candidates, making this an opportunity for experienced mission critical professionals across the US looking to relocate to Arizona.

$220,000+ base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

The overall package will be tailored to the level and experience of the successful candidate.
