GENERAL MANAGER – Amazing Lash Studio GILBERT San Tan Village
We are seeking a management position with growth opportunities in the beauty industry. The successful candidate will oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio.
Benefits- Competitive pay, sales commission, and manager bonus structure
- Full‑time 35‑40+ hours per week
- Hourly rate of $18.00+ per hour
- Membership sales commission: $22 for Platinum, $10 for Bronze memberships, and $7 for membership upgrades
- Retail sales bonus, tiered from 10% up to 20%
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
- Free monthly lash services
- Experience in management, including sales manager, operations manager, or general manager roles
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient manner ensuring operations run smoothly
- Proficiency in implementing structure, policies, and procedures
- Customer‑service oriented
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to set expectations, goals, and delegate responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence communication
- Exceptional organizational and project‑management abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective trainer and motivator
- Experience with Mind Body software is a plus
