Blending Technician

We are looking for a Blending Technician to join our growing production team at Herballyyours! Blending Technicians are responsible for accurately mixing product batches using sifters, scales, and blenders while following strict safety, sanitation, and documentation standards. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up, operate, break down, and clean blending equipment including sifters, scales, and blenders
• Ensure accurate weighing of raw materials and verify against batch record specifications
• Complete batch records clearly and accurately, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform visual inspections of materials and identify any irregularities or issues during processing
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including daily cleaning of equipment before and after use
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals without compromising quality or safety
• Collaborate with team members and report any production issues promptly

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Basic math skills, including the ability to perform metric system conversions
• Legible handwriting and attention to detail in recordkeeping
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing for up to 10 hours per shift
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Previous experience in a blending, mixing, or similar manufacturing role preferred
• Safety-minded with a commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
