Join Indotronix as a Cable and Harness Technician 1 in Gilbert, AZ. This is an onsite, second‑shift opportunity (3:00pm-12:30am, 9/80 schedule) ideal for experienced technicians who want to advance their skills in cable and wire harness assembly. Work in a collaborative environment that values accuracy, technical expertise, and continuous improvement.

• Assemble cable and wire harness products following precise work instructions and schematics
• Interpret and utilize wiring diagrams, wire lists, and technical documents
• Maintain strict adherence to ISO and ESD quality standards and procedures
• Execute work assignments with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate progress, challenges, and technical issues to team leads and management

• High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of electrical assembly and wiring experience
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical instructions
• Skilled in ESD handling and crimping techniques
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to obtain IPC WHMA‑A‑620 and NASA J‑STD certifications

• Technical trade school certification
• Current IPC WHMA‑A‑620 or NASA J‑STD certification
• Experience working with MES systems for workflow and documentation
