Your impact
Own safe, consistent operation of CNC milling machines to produce high‑quality parts
Turn blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions into precise setups and runs Handle material loading/unloading with accuracy and efficiency
Execute basic setups; communicate tooling requirements clearly
Measure, inspect, and log production/quality data to meet customer standards
Keep your area spotless and documentation complete
Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teammates to drive continuous improvement
What you need to succeed5+ years in CNC mill operation and setup
High school diploma or GEDStrong grasp of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&TMechanical aptitude and solid math ability
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
Detail‑driven, reliable, and improvement‑minded
Hands‑on strength in equipment troubleshooting, CNC tooling, and CNC programming
Physical expectations
Standing for long periods
Lifting up to 50 lbsWork around occasional fumes, odors, and dust Schedule & location snapshot
