Join Indotronix as a Cable and Harness Technician 1 in Gilbert, AZ. This is an onsite, second-shift opportunity (3:00pm-12:30am, 9/80 schedule) ideal for experienced technicians who want to advance their skills in cable and wire harness assembly. Work in a collaborative environment that values accuracy, technical expertise, and continuous improvement.

[Responsibilities]

- Assemble cable and wire harness products following precise work instructions and schematics
- Interpret and utilize wiring diagrams, wire lists, and technical documents
- Maintain strict adherence to ISO and ESD quality standards and procedures
- Execute work assignments with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate progress, challenges, and technical issues to team leads and management

[Required Skills and Experience]

- High school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of electrical assembly and wiring experience
- Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical instructions
- Skilled in ESD handling and crimping techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to obtain IPC WHMA-A-620 and NASA J-STD certifications

[Preferred Skills]

- Technical trade school certification
- Current IPC WHMA-A-620 or NASA J-STD certification
- Experience working with MES systems for workflow and documentation
