We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate and program 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines, producing precision parts according to blueprints or models. This is a permanent, full‑time position in the Manufacturing industry that offers a competitive compensation package.

• Programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints or models.
• Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Performing routine machine maintenance and repair.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the machining process.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace policies.
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in programming and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of machining processes, tooling, and production layout.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• CNC Tooling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to quality work and continuous learning.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
