1st shift Manufacturing Technician- Silent-Aire

Shift Time

Shift 1:
Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm.

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work using tape measures, straight edges, or squares.
• Use power tools, drills, grinders, saws, and hand tools to bolt, screw, clip, or otherwise fasten parts and components together.
• Clean and prepare the assembly line before work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Critical eye for identifying defects.
• Commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed for jobs.
• Ability to complete daily activities according to the work schedule.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods, and occasionally perform strenuous labor.
• Previous experience (minimum 2years) as an assembler, carpenter, construction worker, or home‑building professional.
• Manufacturing experience; sheet‑metal experience is a plus.
• Power‑tool experience in construction preferred.

• Must adhere to all safety policies at all times.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required (e.g., safety glasses, boots, ear protection).
• Regular work near moving parts; good manual dexterity and multi‑limb coordination needed.
• Work may involve noise, tight spaces, and fluctuating noise levels from quiet to loud.
