Your impact
Plan and prioritize:
Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance with Manufacturing Leads, Production Planning, and Management.
Guard reliability:
Own the AS9100-compliant annual PM calendar for all CNC machines; present monthly PM progress to the Operations Manager.
Prevent downtime:
Drive day-to-day and monthly facility maintenance to intercept issues before they affect production.
Command the systems:
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic/air handling, CCTV, alarm, and access control.
Care for assets:
Oversee servicing of CNC mills, lathes, manual machines, and inspection equipment.
Build what’s next:
Partner with leadership on new construction and remodels—from planning through completion.
Leverage experts:
Source, schedule, and manage external vendors for specialized work.
Lead safely:
Serve on the Safety Committee; enforce safety protocols for Maintenance and Custodial teams.
Upskill the shop:
Train and certify employees on forklift safety.
Raise the bar:
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization during and after maintenance.
Continuously improve:
Recommend enhancements for facility functionality, cost efficiency, and machine performance.
Communicate relentlessly:
Provide daily maintenance and project updates to the Operations Manager; deliver creative, practical solutions.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Leadership scope
Directly supervises Facilities Technicians and the Custodian.
Required experience5–10 years in commercial building/facility maintenance.
5–10 years in CNC or industrial equipment maintenance.
5–10 years as a lead or supervisor.
5–10 years of project management.
Ability to operate a forklift safely.
High school diploma or GED.Physical requirements
Regular talking and hearing.
Frequent standing for long periods, walking, handling objects with hands, and reaching with arms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and dust.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position, and minimum hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm. Occasionally additional hours may be required on weekends and nights as workload and unforeseen emergencies dictate.
