PCB Technician

Overview

I'm working with a leading semiconductor company in Chandler that's hiring a hands-on Electronics Technician for their lab. You'd be working side by side with Applications Engineers, building, reworking and debugging the evaluation boards that prove out their latest products.

This is a craft role for someone who takes pride in clean solder joints and precise work under a microscope. If you like being in the lab, close to the engineering, and seeing your work go straight into real product validation, this is a strong seat.

• Build, modify and rework PCBs using SMT and through-hole soldering.
• Support board bring-up and debug alongside the engineering team.
• Assemble cable harnesses and wire terminations.
• Read schematics, BOMs and assembly drawings to get builds right the first time.
• Inspect your own work under the scope and keep quality high.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues with a multimeter and lab equipment.
• Document what you build and change so the team can follow it.

• 3+ years in electronics assembly or PCB rework.
• Strong SMT and through-hole soldering, IPC standards a plus.
• Comfortable reading schematics, drawings and work instructions.
• Solid with microscopes, hand tools and basic measurement gear.
• Experience with crimping, stripping and cable assembly.
• Sharp eye for detail and a real commitment to quality.

• Experience supporting an engineering or validation lab.
• A working understanding of electronics troubleshooting and circuit basics.
