Pouching Operator

We are seeking a Pouching Operator to join our production team! Pouching Operators play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and according to quality standards here s position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow precise instructions, and a commitment to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can adapt to the fast pace of a production environment.

• Set up, operate, break down and monitor machine for consistent performance and accurate output
• Ensure the correct materials, packaging components, and labels are used for each production run
• Conduct visual inspections for seal integrity, correct labeling, and packaging quality
• Follow good documentation practice and good manufacturing practice as per guidelines
• Perform routine cleaning and daily maintenance of equipment before and after use
• Work with team to Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to sanitation and safety protocols
• Weigh and count product to ensure correct pouch fill volumes
• Follow GMPs and SOPs consistently throughout operations
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math skills (percentages, weight conversions, addition, subtraction)
• Familiarity with both metric and standard measurement systems
• Ability to lift and move 4050 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing for 810 hour shifts
• Good manual dexterity and handeye coordination
• Previous experience with related machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
