We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team! Our team works Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends every week. You'll also work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities.

In this role, you'll operate production equipment, monitor product quality, complete production documentation, and help ensure our products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Responsibilities- Set up, operate, monitor, and break down production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.
- Ensure equipment and production areas are properly prepared before beginning production runs.
- Monitor product quality throughout production and verify products meet established specifications.
- Complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Perform routine quality checks and identify any production or quality concerns.
- Follow all equipment, machinery, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures.
- Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production runs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Experience using the metric system preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
