Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, is hiring an Industrial Painter I for the 2nd shift in Gilbert, AZ. You will spray and finish sheet metal parts, mix paints, and apply decals and stencils in a manufacturing environment.
The role requires 2–4 years of painting experience, ability to read SOPs, lift 25+ pounds, and work independently while prioritizing safety and quality in every coating. Training on HP paints and equipment is provided.
